Herb is a seasoned entrepreneur, having spent most of the last 2 decades working with businesses large and small on improving their operations and increasing capital. From Fortune 500 companies like Ford and Chrysler to startup businesses, Herb has demonstrated an uncanny ability to work with companies on improving everything from people to procesees to products and services.

Molly O'Meara is responsible for creating meaningful programming for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumni. She also assists with outreach and recruitment. Molly is a proud graduate of the 10KSB program and understands that the greatest asset the program gives scholars is the vast network of fellow alumni, locally and nationally. As both an entrepreneur and a 10KSB alum, she is uniquely qualified to facilitate continuing educational programming and connect our business owners with the resources they need. Molly is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

As Program Manager, Lori Tucker-Sullivan makes sure that all classes and events run smoothly for scholars, faculty, and everyone involved in developing and implementing 10KSB programming. A native Detroiter, she brings a unique combination of experience in small business development and teaching at the college level. Prior to working for 10KSB, Lori was the Director of the Independent Booksellers Consortium, a national group of independent bookstores that work together to give members a competitive edge. While there, she saw first-hand the power of sharing best practices and having a cohort of fellow business owners on which to rely. In addition, she has taught writing, public speaking, and business communication classes at Wayne State, OU, Baker College, and Jackson College. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Spalding University (Louisville, KY), and has published several articles and award-winning personal essays.

Faris is the founder and CEO of Integration Systems Management, where he works with international companies on technologies, leadership, entrepreneurship and culture programs. The road to business excellence began for Faris when he started a marketing company in Tucson, Arizona at age 18. Since that time, and in increasingly demanding roles, he has served nonprofit organizations, five-star resorts, national marketing companies, fledgling companies and major department store chains, and lent his expertise to service, wholesale and retail companies. He also works with several business incubators, including TechTown Detroit. He has managed more than 100 startups and planned, managed and directed entrepreneurial training and several international initiatives. Faris is a certified FastTrac Facilitator for the Kauffman Foundation in their internationally recognized entrepreneurial training program. He also facilitates a global trade mission program for high school students, mentors University of Michigan MBA students and serves on the boards of several organizations.
